• You lead the structured sale of ready-to-build and turnkey onshore wind projects at Caeli Wind. • You manage the schedule, process and negotiations, coordinate internal and external parties, and ensure transactions are completed efficiently and successfully. • You manage end-to-end M&A transactions (ready-to-build/turnkey) — from initial approach to closing. • You keep the schedule, milestones and stakeholders aligned and actively drive the process. • You coordinate external advisors (legal, tax, etc.) and collaborate with project development on documentation, data room management and Q&A. • You conduct bid evaluation and lead contract negotiations (term sheet, SPA) through to completion. • You refine the transaction process and establish repeatable standards.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 completed M&A transactions (wind projects, buy-side or sell-side). • Strong process and stakeholder management skills and proven negotiation ability (term sheets/SPA). • Experience managing external lawyers/advisors. • Knowledge of onshore wind projects (ideally ready-to-build) and due diligence processes. • Degree in business, law, engineering or a comparable qualification. • German C1, English B2; proficient in MS Office. • Nice-to-have: data room management, exposure to BImSchG (Federal Immission Control Act), basic corporate/tax law knowledge, or experience preparing information memoranda/factbooks. • Initial experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
