📋 Description

• Collect, organize, and structure data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency; • Prepare management reports and dashboards to support the area’s key performance indicators (KPIs); • Ensure periodic updates of databases and reports used by the area; • Perform comparative analyses, performance indicators (KPIs), and basic statistical studies; • Learn and apply basic concepts of data quality, performance, and business metrics; • Support maintenance and continuous improvement of management information systems and tools; • Provide insights to help leaders and managers identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement; • Assist in projects to automate and standardize reports, aiming to increase process efficiency; • Document operational workflows and routines to standardize information; • When requested, support leadership with operational activities that may impact the team’s deliveries (audit support, operational tasks, and other urgent demands).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; • Intermediate Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards); • Knowledge of Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, and dashboard interpretation); • SQL language for simple to intermediate queries to extract data from relational databases; • Analytical ability and logical reasoning; • Organizational skills and attention to detail; • Good verbal and written communication for preparing reports and presentations; • Ability to work with large volumes of data in a structured manner; • Proactivity and initiative in seeking solutions; • Ease of learning and adapting to new tools and methods; • Teamwork and collaboration with different areas.
