📋 Description

• As a Creative Strategist, you are responsible for producing ad creatives on Meta and TikTok for our clients. • You are the primary point of contact for our clients, developing and optimizing ad creatives to improve their performance. • You develop and create creative strategies for the advertising campaigns of leading Direct-to-Consumer brands on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. • You create copy and communication strategies and continually iterate and refine them. • You are responsible for designing and planning creative tests. • You are responsible for copywriting for video and static ads. • You communicate directly with clients and take ownership of client relationships. • Evaluate creative tests and account performance using the relevant KPIs. • Lead regular alignment and strategy calls with clients.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 3–5 years of experience with Facebook/Instagram/TikTok ads. • You have experience in an agency environment, project management, and independently managing clients. • You have initial experience leading small teams (at least 2–3 people). • You know how to create a copy strategy, conduct research, and audience-focused thinking is one of your core strengths. • You analyze and profile target audiences deeply in an analytical and strategic way and know how to engage and excite them about a product. • You are a social media native, up to date with trends and able to adapt them effectively for campaigns. • You evaluate your work based on data and are proficient in the Ads Managers of Meta and TikTok.
