📋 Description

• Work closely with operations, following up on the implementation of safety study recommendations • Ensure compliance with review deadlines and effective closure of action plans • Plan, coordinate, and deliver safety support services to operations • Ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable legislation, including Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other legal requirements • Support internal and external audits • Prepare and review procedures, technical opinions, and technical reports • Lead management of change processes, incorporating risk controls and safeguards • Consolidate and analyze HSE indicators to support management decision-making • Monitor critical equipment and contingency arrangements • Authorize and supervise high-risk activities, including confined-space entry, hot work, and work in potentially explosive atmospheres • Investigate incidents and accidents, determining root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions • Participate in emergency response plans and drills • Provide ongoing training to teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; no specific specialization required • At least five years of demonstrated experience conducting risk analyses, such as HAZOP, APR/APP, HAZID, and BowTie • Extensive experience conducting risk assessments • Proficiency in applicable Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and risk analysis tools • Strong analytical skills for data processing and report preparation • Clear communication, influencing, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Intermediate English • Knowledge of ACH • CBSP, THUET, and NR 33, 35, and 37 training are considered a plus
