📋 Description

• Analyze business data and create reports, dashboards, and insights • Manage and support business projects and ad hoc requests • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency • Document and maintain business procedures and workflows • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates • Support business tools, databases, and reporting resources • Support reporting, business analysis, process improvement, and project coordination • Deliver insights, improve workflows, and support business decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, or a related field • Fluent English communication skills • Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently • Experience with reporting, process improvement, and workflow documentation • Bachelor's degree preferred • Valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire • No parallel employment, professional activities, or paid work for other entities during employment • Disclosure and formal review of ownership, partnership, directorship, or participation in other businesses or companies
