📋 Description

• Act as a servant leader for a single team and stakeholders. • Aid the team and Product Owner in managing and sequencing the backlog. • Lead less complex teams with limited external team impact or dependencies. • Eliminate impediments and resolve issues with support from the Release Train Engineer or other resources. • Resolve and manage dependencies to support team improvement and promote high performance. • Manage team performance in quality, predictability, flow and velocity; identify and resolve SAFe anti-patterns. • Coach the team on Agile practices, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, self-management and self-organization. • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised. • Help manage interpersonal conflicts, challenges and opportunities for growth. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog refinement and Program Increment Planning preparation. • Participate in Scrum Mastery Sync and Agile Release Train Sync sessions. • Pursue continuous education in Agile practices. • Collaborate with the Scrum Master Community of Practice to improve product delivery capability. • Work with Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to establish best practices and resolve issues, risks, conflicts and impediments. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in an Agile environment or equivalent • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master • Experience working with stakeholders and working with nearshore and offshore teams. • Excellent communication skills
