📋 Description
• - The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting products, and maintaining a positive shopping experience while achieving sales targets. • ₋ Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance • ₋ Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products • ₋ Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques • ₋ Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system • ₋ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally • ₋ Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness • ₋ Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory counts • ₋ Follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards • ₋ Participate in promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
🎯 Requirements
• ₋ High school diploma or equivalent • ₋ 1 to 2 years of previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
