📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-powered features end-to-end, from React frontends through Python services to LLM integrations • Build and maintain components of our Agentic SDK, enabling other engineering teams to leverage AI capabilities • Develop LLM orchestration workflows, including prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent design patterns • Implement MCP integrations and knowledge systems, connecting LLMs to tools, databases, and external services • Partner with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, delivering quarterly milestones on time with high quality • Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews, helping establish best practices for AI development • Participate in team culture and hiring, including conducting interviews for engineering candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated growth in scope and complexity • Strong proficiency in Python with experience building production backend services (Django experience preferred) • Solid frontend development skills with React and TypeScript • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) and understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals • Experience building LLM-powered workflows, including agent orchestration, tool calling, or multi-step reasoning systems • Experience working with ambiguous requirements and independently identifying solutions • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment • Track record of delivering projects on time with high quality • Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI/LLM space
