📋 Description

• Review and analyze system specifications, requirements, and user stories • Design and maintain test documentation and test cases • Prepare and configure testing environments, including software and hardware setup • Execute manual functional, integration, and regression testing • Validate system behavior against acceptance criteria and business expectations • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using bug tracking systems • Perform re-testing and verification of resolved issues • Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and Customer representatives • Contribute to shared testing strategies across multiple products • Prepare detailed testing reports and provide feedback on software quality and usability • Support rapid feature delivery in a dynamic development environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Manual Testing • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level • Proficiency in Ukrainian language • Good understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies • Experience with functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing • Experience working with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively • Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
