📋 Description

• Act as a hands-on brand ambassador within gold prospecting, metal detecting, and outdoor communities • Deliver practical product demonstrations, training sessions, and real-world detecting experiences with customers and dealers • Represent the brand at detecting events, field days, dealer activations, trade shows, community gatherings, and outdoor industry events • Build relationships with prospectors, detectorists, dealers, retailers, content creators, influencers, and enthusiast communities • Turn field experiences into marketing content, including customer stories, photos, video, social content, and product education • Support product launches through dealer education, demonstrations, field testing, launch events, and customer-facing activations • Capture customer feedback, competitor activity, customer needs, and field insights for Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and product development • Partner with Sales teams to strengthen dealer capability and identify opportunities • Build capability across the dealer network and improve customer product experiences • Travel extensively throughout Australia and internationally when required to support customers, dealers, distributors, launches, and events • Bring the voice of the customer back into the business while taking products, stories, and experiences to market

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine experience or credibility in gold prospecting, metal detecting, outdoor recreation, adventure tourism, camping, 4WDing, fishing, hunting, outdoor retail, or another field-based pursuit • Exposure to marketing and customer engagement, such as social or video content, events, online communities, influencers, retail activations, outdoor brands, or dealer networks • Understanding of how marketing can build a community and brand • Confidence communicating with different audiences • Comfortable presenting, demonstrating equipment, training others, and representing a recognised brand • Technical curiosity to understand how products work • Practical ability to use products credibly in the field • Ability to explain complex features clearly to customers • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Willingness and ability to travel regularly and extensively throughout Australia and internationally when required • Ability to stay connected to the wider team and take ownership of field activity when working remotely
