📋 Description

• Sales responsibility for products and solutions in the Building Automation sector (building management systems, energy management, IoT solutions). • Acquisition and management of key accounts and expansion of existing customer relationships. • Development of strategies to increase revenue and strengthen market position in the region. • Project management from the proposal stage through contract signing. • Market and competitor analysis and identification of new business opportunities. • Collaboration with internal teams (Engineering, Service, Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction. • Reporting to Sales Management and preparing sales forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in sales of building technology/building automation solutions. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Knowledge of building management systems (BMS), energy management and IoT. • German and English, both written and spoken. • Willingness to travel within the region.
