📋 Description

• Develop and manage the regional sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets. • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers, EPCs, OEMs, and channel partners. • Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop territory strategies. • Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to promote Honeywell’s value proposition. • Support and guide channel partners through sales enablement activities, including product training and opportunity development. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and proposal teams, to formulate effective pursuit strategies. • Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer requirements to inform future product development. • Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system. • Represent the organization at relevant industry forums, exhibitions, and customer events within the region.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, or related disciplines). • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant sales experience in the industrial automation and control domain. • Proficient understanding of DCS, PLC, & SCADA systems, and associated industrial solutions. • Good knowledge on pharma and spec chem customer. • Demonstrated experience working with or selling to End Users, EPCs, OEMs, and indirect channels. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within region 50 to 60% Time • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Vertical Knowledge of SpecChem/Pharma/Infrastructure Projects
