🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline from an accredited institution • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong record of territory growth and target achievement • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and disciplined with an unquestionable work ethic • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to travel extensively, work flexible hours (including some weekends) • Valid driver’s license with ownership or full-time operation of a reliable motor vehicle • Demonstrated success in selling FMCG. • Reside in, or within close proximity to, the assigned territory.
