📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and email • Act as the primary contact for questions about the sales process and the platform • Ensure vehicles can be listed on the platform quickly and accurately • Identify recurring customer questions and pass improvement suggestions on to the responsible team • Support customers quickly, competently and reliably

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable role • Friendly, professional and confident communication, even when handling difficult customer issues • Confident use of digital tools • Ideally experience with CRM or ticketing systems • German at native level • Good English skills are desirable • Experience with cars, mobility or the automotive sector is an advantage but not required
