• You professionally and competently respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and e-mail • You accompany customers from their first contact through to the successful completion of the purchase, guiding them through the entire sales process • You handle inbound inquiries from interested customers without conducting cold calls • You prepare individualized offers and address customers’ needs • You actively contribute to the development of our sales strategy and work closely with the team to implement and optimize operational processes
• You are an experienced sales professional, ideally with a background in telesales / call center • You have excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities • You are motivated to continuously improve and want to grow together with the company • You work in a solution-oriented way and are willing to go the extra mile to meet challenges • You speak German at native level and have good English skills
