⢠Work closely with Sales Teams (SDRs/Account Executives/Account Managers) in all facets of the sales process. ⢠Proactively use research, lead databases, and prospecting tools to find potential customers who fit the target profile based on territory focus. ⢠Execute on various outbound lead generation campaigns via email & cold calling. ⢠Engage and qualify responses. ⢠Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. ⢠Utilize Salesforce to establish active communication and engagement with prospects and to generate new opportunities. ⢠Maintain accurate records, logging interactions, and activities as you engage with prospects and customers. ⢠Report results to the Manager of Sales Development on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. ⢠Attend product training and develop an understanding of our product offerings. ⢠Collaborate with sales teams, bringing innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings. ⢠Handle inbound leads, when directed by Manager and Account Executives. ⢠Assist with sales projects and campaign activities, as needed. ⢠Be a team player and willing to wear multiple hats to support the needs of a dynamic, rapidly growing company. ⢠Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business or Education, preferred ⢠1-2 years of sales and/or classroom experience preferred ⢠Experience with leveraging a CRM tool to guide day-to-day activities preferred ⢠Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate professionally, persuasively, and confidently over phone and email ⢠Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across departments, functions, cultures and time zones ⢠Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills ⢠Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills ⢠Creative mindset that can identify solutions and adapt quickly to change ⢠Proficiency with computers and programs, including Salesforce, Zoom, Excel and Google Drive.
