📋 Description

• Provide personalized and empathetic voice support to customers • Offer financial products and services to build customer loyalty • Meet and exceed sales targets • Listen to customers, resolve questions, and handle requests • Ensure each customer’s complete satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday through Saturday) • 6 hours and 20 minutes per day • Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps • Wired network connection for desktop use • Customer service techniques • Clear and objective communication • Active listening and customer needs analysis • Time management and task prioritization • Ability to work as part of a team and develop creative solutions • Results-oriented mindset • Position exclusively for persons with disabilities
