📋 Description

• Provide humanized and empathetic voice support to customers • Offer financial products and services to build customer loyalty • Achieve and exceed sales targets • Earn performance-based incentives and awards • Welcome customers, resolve questions, and handle requests • Ensure each customer’s complete satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6-on/1-off schedule (Monday through Saturday) • 6 hours and 20 minutes per day • Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps • Wired network connection for desktop use • Clear and objective communication • Customer service techniques • Active listening and customer needs analysis • Time management and task prioritization • Proactivity and a desire to make a difference • Ability to work as part of a team and seek creative solutions • Results-oriented mindset • Position exclusively for persons with disabilities
