📋 Description

• Provide personalized and empathetic voice-based customer service • Offer financial products and services to build customer loyalty • Achieve and exceed sales targets • Earn performance-based incentives • Welcome customers and resolve their questions • Handle requests with excellence and ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6-on, 1-off schedule (Monday through Saturday) • 6 hours and 20 minutes per day • Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps • Wired network connection for desktop use • Customer service techniques • Clear and objective communication • Active listening and analysis of customer needs • Time management and task prioritization • Ability to work as part of a team and develop creative solutions • Results-oriented mindset
