📋 Description

• Provide empathetic, human-centered customer service by phone • Offer financial products and services to build customer loyalty • Meet and exceed sales targets • Listen to and resolve questions • Handle requests with excellence • Ensure complete customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6-on, 1-off schedule (Monday through Saturday) • Workday: 6 hours and 20 minutes per day • Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps • Wired network connection required for desktop use • Clear and objective communication • Customer service techniques • Active listening and analysis of customer needs • Time management and task prioritization • Proactivity and a desire to make a difference • Ability to work as part of a team and find creative solutions • Results-oriented mindset
