📋 Description

• Build communication journeys • Define contact strategies • Define channels and communication cadence • Conduct audience studies and behavioral analyses • Prepare strategic briefings • Lead prioritization discussions with business and growth teams • Identify opportunities and impacts on the customer experience • Monitor and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement • Work closely with the CRM Delivery team to operationalize defined strategies • Participate in strategic forums

🎯 Requirements

• Create and present executive-level materials • Use data handling and analysis tools (AWS, Python, and SQL) • Systemic understanding of workflows and processes • Organization and demand/workload management • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
