📋 Description

• We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Legal and Corporate Affairs community, working in two main areas: • Judicial Notices: focus on building a modern, centralized ecosystem to handle notices received from regulatory bodies. • Critical Channels (Central Bank and Consumer Protection Agency): responsible for building, from scratch, a modernized platform to handle complaints from these agencies. • Provide direct support to the Technical Lead, assisting with solution design and architectural decisions. • Contribute to platform modernization and development of new requirements. • Design and propose technical solutions, understanding contracts, workflows, and impacts. • Serve as the technical reference within the squad, promoting best practices and supporting the team. • Hands-on coding: develop and evolve scalable, resilient backend services. • Use AI to accelerate development and increase productivity. • Ensure quality, testing, observability, and reliability of deliveries. • Make decisions considering resilience, cost, customer impact, and long-term vision. • Work end-to-end, including development, infrastructure, and operations. • Help increase the team's delivery speed by removing technical impediments.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming experience, primarily with Python, and basic knowledge of .NET or Java. • Experience with frontend development using Angular. • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases. • Experience developing on AWS, using services such as Lambda, ECS, EC2, SNS, SQS, S3, Glue, and Athena. • Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture. • Experience with software testing. • Experience working in agile environments. • Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog or similar). • Regular use of AI in the development workflow. • Knowledge of data to support decision-making and technical solutions.
