📋 Description

• Design, develop and evolve scalable, resilient microservices using .NET, Python and/or Golang • Build and operate mission-critical APIs with a focus on performance, security, observability and high availability • Develop event-driven solutions using messaging, asynchronous processing and integration across distributed systems • Work in Cloud Native environments on AWS, using ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SNS and SQS • Define and implement modern architectures based on microservices, decoupled integration and infrastructure automation • Implement Infrastructure as Code practices, CI/CD and platform automation • Ensure quality, reliability and continuous improvement through automated testing, monitoring and observability • Build and evolve solutions for large-scale data processing, consumption and exposure • Explore and implement solutions with Generative AI, AI agents and automation applied to software engineering • Develop modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript • Create and evolve Design Systems, reusable components and corporate front-end architectures • Develop SPAs integrated with APIs and distributed services • Participate in architectural definitions, technical decisions and the evolution of Itaú’s platforms • Contribute to the next generation of the Customer 360 platform and to the digital journeys of the Marketplace Squad • Develop the 360 View Portal, self-service journeys, backend services and integrations with the bank's data ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Act as a Full Stack engineer with a strong Back-end and Architecture focus • Experience with .NET, Python and/or Golang • Knowledge of scalable, resilient microservices • Experience with mission-critical APIs, focusing on performance, security, observability and high availability • Knowledge of messaging, asynchronous processing and distributed systems integration • Experience in AWS Cloud Native environments including ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SNS and SQS • Knowledge of microservices, decoupled integration and infrastructure automation • Experience with IaC, CI/CD and platform automation • Knowledge of automated testing, monitoring and observability • Experience with large-scale data processing, consumption and exposure • Knowledge or experience with Generative AI, AI agents and automation applied to software engineering • Experience with Angular, TypeScript, SPAs, APIs and distributed services • Ability to create and evolve Design Systems, reusable components and front-end architectures • Nice to have: Kafka, RabbitMQ or other streaming and messaging platforms • Nice to have: DDD, Clean Architecture and Hexagonal Architecture • Nice to have: experience with large-scale data platforms and digital product platforms • Nice to have: LLMs, RAG, AI agents and engineering AI platforms • Nice to have: experience with high-scale environments, high transaction volume and critical systems
