📋 Description

• Coordinate software engineering teams, ensuring deliveries aligned with business needs • Act as a technical and organizational facilitator • Lead management routines (1:1s, feedback, performance reviews and Individual Development Plans) • Ensure adoption of software engineering best practices • Collaborate with product, design and other technical areas • Support execution of routines with the tech team • Manage risks and provide executive reporting • Work on a Cloud Native platform (AWS) to evolve revolving and Daily Banking journeys, aiming to deliver the best user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software engineering • Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud architectures (serverless, event-driven, microservices) • Valid AWS certification, such as AWS Solutions Architect – Associate or higher • Knowledge of distributed architecture, high availability and observability • Understanding of security, LGPD, compliance and cloud best practices • Experience with critical environments and high transactional volumes • Knowledge of DORA Metrics
