📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators • Providing service-oriented technical support and advice to our customers and heating companies by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in the technical field service within an extended radius of your assigned area • Taking on on-call duty to provide our customers with the fastest possible assistance

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as HVAC/plumbing technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building systems, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally with further qualification as a master craftsman or certified technician • Professional experience in customer/field service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or HVAC and ventilation systems • Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration certificate; Category 2 certificate is an advantage • Valid driving license (Class B) • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
