📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our oil- and gas-fired systems at end customers’ and system operators’ sites • Providing service-oriented advice to heating contractors by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service to help customers as quickly as possible • Advancing sustainable energy solutions and heat pumps through commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as Plant Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating and Air Conditioning (SHK) Technology, Refrigeration Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or Electrician/Electrical Installer • Ideally, further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate • Category 2 refrigerant handling certificate is an advantage • Valid Category B driver’s license • Good written and spoken German • Experience with large-capacity burners is desirable, ideally including equipment from other manufacturers • Strong technical aptitude, a high degree of customer orientation, and willingness to travel
