📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our oil and gas systems at end customers and plant operators • Service-oriented advice to our heating-company customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Support colleagues in the technical field service within the wider area of your assignment • Participation in on-call duty to assist our customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as HVAC/plant mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrical technician for energy and building services, or electrician/installer; ideally further training as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician • Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC • Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage • Valid driver’s license (Class B) • Good German language skills, both spoken and written • Desirable: experience with large/industrial burners, ideally also with third‑party manufacturers
