📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators • Service-oriented consulting of our customers from heating contractors by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction • Support of your colleagues in technical field service across an extended area of your deployment region • Taking on on-call duties with the goal of helping our customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as plumbing/heating systems technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally further training as a master craftsman (Meister) or certified technician • Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation) • Holder of refrigeration certification (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage • Valid driver's license (category B) • Good German language skills, both spoken and written
