📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to heating contractors by telephone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service rota to assist customers as quickly as possible • Commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting heat pumps • Ensuring customer service coverage in the Höxter area or Fulda / Hünfeld / Schlüchtern / Bad Hersfeld

🎯 Requirements

• Completed specialized vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building technology electrician, or electrician/electrical installer • Ideally, further training as a master craftsperson or technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification • Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage • Valid Category B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong customer focus • Willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for heating solutions
