📋 Description

• Commissioning and further development of special-purpose systems in the dosing technology sector, with a focus on the DACH region and Europe • Subsequent remote support of the respective systems in cooperation with external specialist companies • Control-system optimization of performance at customer sites and providing advisory support • Managing small to medium-sized projects in the relevant area • Supporting the sales team with specific customer requirements • Preparing control diagrams and reviewing specifications • Preparing requirements specifications for control system extensions to be implemented by external partners • Conducting acceptance tests at suppliers • Coordinating internal trials to optimize special systems • Testing loaner machines returned from customers to ensure operational readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical qualification in electrical or automation engineering • Professional experience in the construction and commissioning of small to medium-sized special-purpose machines • Experience programming PLCs using TIA Portal • Knowledge of Allen-Bradley/Rockwell is an advantage • Experience in remote support • Good knowledge of common safety technology in machine and plant engineering • Knowledge of control engineering is an advantage • Customer-oriented demeanor • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality • Willingness to travel as required, primarily within DACH and Europe • Good technical English skills • Ability to communicate persuasively across different organizational levels
