📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pump systems at end customers and plant operators • Service-oriented advice and support for our customers and heating contractors, by phone and on site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in technical field service across the extended area of your deployment region • Participating in on-call duty to help our customers as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., HVAC/plant mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, energy and building systems electrician, or electrician/electrical installer); ideally further qualified as a master craftsman (Meister) or state-certified technician • Professional experience in customer/field service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or HVAC and ventilation systems • Possession of a refrigeration certification (Kälteschein) • Valid driver's license (Class B) • Good written and spoken German skills
