📋 Description

• Perform commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators • Provide service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies, both by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Support your colleagues in the technical field service across an extended radius of your deployment area • Take on on-call duties with the goal of assisting our customers as quickly as possible • Contribute to the development of sustainable energy solutions through installation, maintenance and fault rectification of heat pumps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC systems mechanic/Anlagenmechaniker SHK, refrigeration mechatronics technician/Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, electrical technician for energy and building systems/Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, or electrician/electrical installer) • Ideally further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister) or certified technician • Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology or air conditioning and ventilation • F-gas / refrigerant handling certificate — Category 1 required • F-gas / refrigerant handling certificate — Category 2 advantageous • Valid driver's license (Class B) • Good German language skills, spoken and written • Technical aptitude and a strong interest in heating solutions • High customer orientation • Willingness to travel
