📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing our heat pumps at residential customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating contractors by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your technical field service colleagues across the wider area surrounding your assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service rota with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible • Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as a systems mechanic for plumbing, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer • Ideally, further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude, a high degree of customer orientation, and willingness to travel
