📋 Description

• Conduct complex trials for product positioning, application optimization or problem-solving at customer sites in coordination with field sales / sales manager or directly with the customer • Emergency deployments to protect revenue through short-term use of special products following agreement with the sales manager • Conduct, evaluate and interpret on-site product trials • Handle technical customer inquiries and complaints regarding product application and cleaning processes • Technically optimize equipment and system components together with technical consultants and regional service technicians, and train operating personnel • Regular service visits to key accounts according to agreed service plans and general customer relationship management • Microbiological sampling • Technical optimization of processes with regard to customer profitability • Participate in projects to harmonize products and applications • Conduct process trials for product changes at production sites • Prepare reports and work instructions for customers • Perform performance comparisons with competitor products in practical trials • Deliver training for system advisors and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training or professional experience in the brewing, beverage, food or dairy industry, or equivalent level • Further education as an engineer, technician or master craftsman is desirable • Chemical and technical knowledge • Solid understanding of hygiene principles • Ideally experience in application technology • Very good knowledge of the food industry • Strong interpersonal skills and confident customer presence • Social competence and commitment • Reliability and an independent working style • Ability to work successfully in a team • Enthusiasm, ambition and dedication • Residence in the assigned territory to ensure optimal customer support • Application documents: CV, cover letter and certificates • Please state salary expectations and availability
