📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps for end customers and system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area • Participating in the on-call service rotation to provide customers with rapid support • Contributing to sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electrical and building services engineer, electrician, or electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required • Category 2 refrigerant handling certification is an advantage • Valid Category B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude, customer focus, and willingness to travel
