📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and face of Formlabs across the DACH region and beyond • Travel to customer sites to unpack, install, commission, and calibrate new 3D printing systems • Conduct structured on-site user training on machinery operation, software use, and basic maintenance • Perform live product demonstrations • Respond rapidly to customer downtime and perform urgent repairs • Conduct annual preventative maintenance visits within the 90-day target window • Diagnose electromechanical issues and achieve single-visit resolutions • Execute a high volume of field service activity • Independently manage flights, trains, hotels, rental cars, and expenses • Maintain installation, training, and repair records in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Munich or within a 45-minute drive (highly preferred due to hub connectivity) • Willing to travel 80%+ of the time • Strong technical background in electromechanical/hardware • Soft skills required to teach others how to use the technology • Fluency in German and English, both C1 • Valid driver’s license required • French fluency is a bonus • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies is a bonus • Experience in rapidly-growing startup environments is a bonus
