📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps at customers’ premises and for system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and on-site • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service to provide customers with support as quickly as possible • Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Valid refrigerant handling certification • Valid Class B driver’s license • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer focus, and willingness to travel
