📋 Description

• Commissioning, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing TOMRA sorting systems • Performing service assignments at customer sites in Germany and across Europe • Analyzing and resolving technical faults in electrical and electromechanical systems • Supporting the integration and testing of new systems • Training customers as well as on-site service and maintenance personnel • Providing technical support by phone and during on-site service visits • Working closely with the Sales, Project Management, and Technical Support teams • Documenting service assignments and preparing service reports • Ensuring high system availability and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable field • Alternatively, completed technician training combined with relevant professional experience • Strong knowledge of fault analysis and troubleshooting for technical systems • Enthusiasm for technical challenges and practical problem-solving • Independent and structured approach to work • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%) within Germany • Enjoyment of working with customers and international teams • Fluent German and good written and spoken English • Class B driving licence • Residence in Northern Germany, preferably in the Hamburg, Hanover, or Rostock region
