📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites • Providing service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by telephone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding your assigned territory • Participating in the on-call service rotation with the aim of assisting our customers as quickly as possible • Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as HVAC/plumbing technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building services engineering, or electrician/electrical installer • Ideally, further training or certification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Valid refrigerant handling certification • Valid Category B driver’s license • Good spoken and written German • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for heating solutions
