📋 Description

• Serve as Formlabs’ primary technical point of contact and company representative across the DACH region and beyond • Travel to customer sites to unpack, install, commission, and calibrate new 3D printing systems • Conduct structured on-site customer training on machinery operation, software use, and basic maintenance • Perform live product demonstrations • Respond to customer downtime, including urgent repairs on short notice • Manage annual preventative maintenance visits within the 90-day target window for warrantied customers • Diagnose electromechanical issues and achieve single-visit resolutions • Execute a high volume of field service activity • Independently manage flights, trains, hotels, rental cars, and expense submissions • Maintain installation, training, and repair records in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Frankfurt, Berlin, or Munich is highly preferred due to hub connectivity • Willing to travel and be on the road 80%+ of the time • Strong technical background in electromechanical/hardware • Soft skills required to teach others how to use the technology • Fluency in German and English, both at C1 level • Valid driver’s license required • Fluency in French is a bonus • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies is a bonus • Experience in rapidly-growing startup environments is a bonus
