📋 Description

• Commissioning, maintenance, repair, and optimization of TOMRA sorting systems • Performing service assignments at customer sites across Germany and Europe • Analyzing and resolving technical faults in electrical and electromechanical systems • Supporting the integration and testing of new systems • Training customers, service personnel, and maintenance staff on site • Providing technical support by phone and during on-site assignments • Working closely with the Sales, Project Management, and Technical Support teams • Documenting service assignments and preparing service reports • Ensuring high equipment availability and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable field • Alternatively, completed technician training combined with relevant professional experience • Good knowledge of fault analysis and troubleshooting of technical systems • Enthusiasm for technical challenges and practical problem-solving • Independent and structured approach to work • High willingness to travel (approximately 80%) within Germany • Enjoyment of working with customers and international teams • Fluent German and good written and spoken English • Category B driving licence • Residence in Northern Germany, preferably in the Hamburg, Hanover, or Rostock area
