📋 Description

• Perform commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators • Provide service-oriented advice to customers of heating contractors by phone and on site • Support field service colleagues across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participate in an on-call service rotation to assist customers as quickly as possible • Advance sustainable energy solutions and heat pumps in the Dresden, Großräschen, Senftenberg, Hoyerswerda and Spremberg region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician or electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driver's license • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude, a customer-focused approach and willingness to travel
