📋 Description

• Install, maintain, diagnose, repair, and replace components on NCR Voyix equipment • Support point-of-sale systems, self-service checkouts, servers, back-office equipment, handheld terminals, and peripherals • Install new equipment and upgrade existing equipment according to Statements of Work • Assist with site preparation, including cable installation, equipment staging, and testing • Perform modular swaps, unit replacements, and preventative maintenance • Own customer problems and incidents through resolution or appropriate escalation under SLAs • Respond to customer concerns and coordinate with associates, team members, territory managers, and the Control Tower • Build customer relationships and local communication channels • Maintain assigned assets, parts inventories, and parts records • Report service calls, activities, expenses, customer asset data, and billing information accurately and promptly • Manage daily dispatches or schedules to meet SLAs • Participate in shift patterns, including weekend, evening, and occasional night work • Support 24x7 customer coverage and deployment projects when required • Achieve established KPIs for customer satisfaction, quality, cost awareness, and safe operations

🎯 Requirements

• Clean Driving License required • High School Diploma or equivalent years of related experience • Basic computer skills, including Windows OS navigation and basic familiarity with Microsoft Office suite • Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support • Experience maintaining computer hardware, including desktops, servers, peripherals, routers, networks, switches, and hubs • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to learn new skills quickly • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills • High mechanical/electrical aptitude • High personal integrity • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call work • Ability to work at height using ladders, MEWPs, and handheld power tools, subject to required training and certification • Ability to travel extensively and carry/lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs. or 25 kg
