📋 Description

• Commission and maintain our heat pumps at end customers’ premises and at system operators’ sites • Provide service-oriented advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Support colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participate in the on-call service rotation with the aim of assisting customers as quickly as possible • Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heat pumps in the Leipzig, Grimma, Döbeln, and Bad Lausick region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Ideally, additional qualification as a master craftsperson or technician • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate • Category 2 refrigerant handling certificate is an advantage • Valid Category B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer focus, and willingness to travel
