📋 Description

• Perform commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps for end customers and system operators • Provide service-oriented advice to customers of heating contractors by phone and on site • Support colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Participate in the on-call service rotation to provide customers with support as quickly as possible

🎯 Requirements

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC and plumbing systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driver's license • Good command of German, both written and spoken • Strong customer focus • Willingness to travel • Strong technical aptitude
