📋 Description

• Install, maintain, diagnose, repair, and replace components on NCR Voyix equipment within an assigned territory • Support Point of Sale, self-service checkout, servers, back-office equipment, handheld terminals, and associated peripherals • Install new equipment and upgrade existing equipment according to Statements of Work • Assist with site preparation, including cable installation, equipment staging, and equipment testing • Perform modular swaps, unit replacements, and preventative maintenance • Own customer problems and incidents through resolution or escalation in accordance with SLAs • Respond to customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate associates, team members, territory managers, or the Control Tower • Build local customer relationships and communication channels • Maintain assigned company assets and an appropriate parts inventory with accurate records • Report calls, activities, expenses, customer asset information, and billing data accurately and promptly • Schedule and complete service calls to meet SLA requirements • Participate in assigned shift patterns, including weekend, evening, and occasional night work • Meet established KPIs while maintaining customer satisfaction, quality, cost awareness, and safe operations

🎯 Requirements

• Clean Driving License required • High School Diploma or equivalent years of related experience • Basic computer skills, including Windows OS navigation and basic familiarity with Microsoft Office suite • Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support • Experience maintaining computer hardware, including desktops, servers, peripherals, routers, networks, switches, and hubs • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to learn new skills quickly • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills • High mechanical/electrical aptitude • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call work • Ability to complete required training and certification for working at height and using handheld power tools, where required • Ability to travel for prolonged periods and lift/carry parts up to 50 lbs. or 25 kg
