📋 Description

• Professionalize and scale hunting and inside-sales operations • Manage sales consultants and conduct targeted outreach to hunting prospects • Coordinate sales consultants for on-site appointments • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize inside-sales processes • Train, coach, and manage customer advisors’ active sales conversations • Own hunting performance management through KPIs, pipeline transparency, and conversion metrics • Roll out and enforce consistent inside-sales standards • Ensure quality in lead handling and proposal follow-up • Collaborate with sales branches, Marketing, and Product Management to position strategic initiatives • Further develop telesales scripts, guidelines, and training formats • Monitor cost-effectiveness and derive efficiency measures

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification • Excellent written and spoken German skills • Experience building a customer base and acquiring new customers • Proven experience in active telephone sales
