📋 Description

• Manage sales advisors and proactively engage hunting prospects • Coordinate sales advisors during on-site appointments • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize inside-sales processes to ensure sustainable sales performance • Train, coach, and manage customer advisors’ active sales conversations at sales branches • Own performance management for hunting activities, including KPIs, pipeline transparency, and conversion • Roll out and enforce consistent inside-sales standards • Ensure quality in lead handling and offer follow-up • Work closely with sales branches, Marketing, and Product Management • Continuously develop telesales scripts, guidelines, and training formats • Monitor cost-effectiveness and implement measures to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification • Excellent written and spoken German • Experience in acquiring and winning new customers • Proven experience in active telephone sales
