📋 Description

• Receive, review, and process customer orders in SAP S/4HANA while ensuring accuracy of products, quantities, prices, and requested delivery dates. • Manage order modifications, cancellations, and customer requests throughout the order lifecycle. • Monitor order confirmations from factories and ensure timely communication with confirmed delivery dates to customers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors regarding order-related inquiries. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support. • Work closely with Sales teams, factories, logistics teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of customer orders. • Support invoicing-related activities by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of order data and by coordinating the resolution of billing discrepancies when required. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Order Management processes under SAP S/4 HANA ERP • Good command of Microsoft Excel • Experience in an international environment • Fluent in English, additional languages are always an advantage
