📋 Description

• Support the sales team by developing technical heating and cooling concepts for large-scale systems • Develop innovative system concepts focused on heat-generation technologies such as heat pumps, biomass, solar, gas boilers, and PV systems • Present developed solutions to customers, independently or together with the sales team • Assume sales responsibility for the technical concepts developed • Prepare budgetary pricing, financial feasibility analyses, and quotations • Analyze the efficiency of system concepts • Serve as the central point of contact for commercial and technical concept-related questions • Collaborate with customers, sales, and internal specialist departments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree, for example in energy and heating technology, refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, building services engineering, or a comparable field • Comprehensive product and industry knowledge in heat pumps, systems engineering, heat generation, and heat distribution • Experience planning and designing technically complex system solutions • Knowledge of financial feasibility and efficiency analyses • Willingness to travel up to 30% • Fluent German language skills • English language skills are a plus • Strong sales orientation, with a confident and empathetic manner when interacting with customers and specialist partners • Excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, and a proactive approach • Structured and independent working style
