📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions. • Improve software development life cycle processes and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver project objectives. • Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality and standards. • Use Jira and Git to register versions, changes, and corrections. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software development and deployment issues. • Deliver bug fixes, new functionality, and enhancements from user stories. • Serve as a subject-matter expert and share technical knowledge. • Automate repetitive or error-prone work using scripts, tooling, or agentic AI workflows. • Prototype tools and techniques that improve velocity, code quality, or reliability. • Participate in the on-call rotation and resolve operational issues and root causes. • Design, build, and maintain cloud-platform services. • Support secure transport and credential handling, including certificate validation and encryption. • Contribute to back-end architecture discussions. • Own testing and deployment of features. • Build feedback loops and collaborate on AI-powered developer tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of professional experience, primarily in cloud/back-end development (Java/SpringBoot or similar). • 5+ years of experience with Java/SpringBoot and building production services. • Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience improving SDLC processes. • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. • English High B2 or C1. • Proficiency using inline code-completion tools in daily workflow. • Ability to use conversational AI assistants for pair programming, design discussion, debugging, and documentation. • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output for correctness, security, and team standards. • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is nice to have. • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is nice to have. • Experience with C++ or native Windows development is a plus, not a requirement.
