📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation, integration, and rollout projects from scoping and planning through go-live and hypercare • Build and manage project plans, timelines, resourcing, and budgets across concurrent SAP engagements • Drive SAP projects for large enterprise clients with Rs. 1000 Cr+ turnover • Identify project risks and issues and drive mitigation through closure • Track and report project status, milestones, and RAID logs to leadership and client stakeholders • Own requirement gathering, configuration walkthroughs, and business process alignment • Translate client workflows into solution designs with functional consultants • Ensure integrations are scoped, tested, and delivered • Guide project decisions using SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and implementation methodology • Coordinate SAP functional consultants across FICO, MM, SD, and other modules • Support SAP landscape upgrades, configuration changes, and optimization • Serve as primary contact for enterprise client stakeholders and SAP/IT teams • Manage SAP implementation partners, System Integrators, and vendors • Facilitate steering committee updates and executive-level status reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of overall experience, with significant experience in SAP project management or SAP MM functional delivery • Proven end-to-end SAP project delivery experience for large enterprises with Rs. 1000 Cr+ turnover • Hands-on SAP Material Management (MM) experience, including Purchase Orders, GRNs, invoice posting, and debit note posting • Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, implementation approach, and functional capabilities • Strong project management fundamentals in planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication • Ability to bridge business requirements and technical SAP solutions • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to engage with senior client and internal leadership • Structured and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects • Ability to work independently and drive outcomes • Preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA) background • Preferred: exposure to fintech, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise product environments • Preferred: familiarity with SAP FICO, SD, Ariba, or Treasury
